By completing the online registration for myself and/or team, I/We agree to hold harmless and waive liability against, Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay, Inc., and any of their board members, staff and volunteers. By acknowledging this agreement, you give up your right to bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for injuries to yourself/team members or you/your teams property, arising out of participation in this event.

I acknowledge that neither I, nor any team member have been convicted of a felony and maintain the legal right to possess firearms. I/We shall not permit any person to use firearms in our possession who is an unauthorized user or felon or otherwise prohibited from legally possessing firearms.

I further acknowledge that the foregoing agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Florida. I understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and that I am acknowledging this agreement after having carefully read it.
